CHAOS Records

Now we are talking... Before you blame a faggy “satanic brutal technical” trendy is ruining Latin-American death metal, you should listen to this album. Coming from northern Mexican city Tijuana, Heriberto Pérez reactivated his long based death metal band, and this time recruited a handful of bad asses from different hordes. Roberto Lizárraga and Joel Márquez, these names sound for you ? Hell yeah! They are members and ex members of Infinitum Obscure, Incantation, Sadistic Intent, just to say something.  Result ? A pretty good death metal album like in the early 90s. Shit ! And it really sounds good. Low tunes, deep and furious growling vocals, extra mega crushing riffs and this rotten – stench, direct to the bone feeling you can’t miss if you are 30 or older. If you know about early Benediction, Morbid Angel, Bolt Thrower, etc you already know what I’m talking about. If I have to pick a favorite one (all tracks are excellent) I’ll go for “Beyond the burning gates” which has an extremely rabid nature, and since first seconds blows apart the speakers. Joel did an excellent work on skins, blasting like a killer machete and slowing down in the right moment. And that’s all about the death metal, to keep the right moment to play all sections. I expect to see them at a live act. They’ll devastate.
