Shadow Kingdom Records re-releases “Mighty And Superior” from Isen Torr. This EP was released at the origin in 2003. The musicians of the group are not unknown as it is the Pagan Altar’s guitar player, Richard M. Walker, who is at the origin of this project. We also have
Perry M. Grayson, Destiny’s End’s former guitarist, the Twisted Tower Dire’s former vocalist, Tony Taylor, the bass player Oliver Zohlke, former Ritual Steel and at least the new drummer of Ritual Steel Martin Zellmer. We cannot say that they are youngest ones in the work !!!
These are two pure epic metal tracks, powerful, fast with superb guitars playing and the soli are more than successful ! It is the kind of music that you cannot be tired of listening as they are well structured and well interpreted… if you like this style of metal of course ! Vocally, Tony Taylor’s vocals are well at place and perfect for these songs. As bonus, we have, and it is a good idea, the demo version of “The Theomachist”, only instrumental, faster on the riffs level that on the EP, I admit having a slight preference for this version… You can find the album on the Shadow Kingdom Records’s site or in France at inferno-records(0)hotmail.fr">inferno-records(0)hotmail.fr To discover or discover again for those who already know the group and i hope that other Isen Torr releases will be done for the future.
