“New Metal Leader” from Ross The Boss has just been released. Do I have to say that he is the former Manowar’s guitar player ? The style of this album is pure epic heavy/power metal. Patrick Fuchs, vocalist and also singer of the group « Men Of War » dedicated to who ???? … Manowar…
It is sure that the principal element of the songs is the guitar which gives good melodic lines which put well in value Patrick’s vocals. The soli are of excellent quality, but could we except less than that ? I do not think so. The songs are melodic and powerful with well put changing in rhythms. It is hard to take out one track rather than another one because the compositions are all good. It is an album that you’ll have to possess if you like Manowar, because it is an album of the same style.
