The group As Eden Burns describes itself as a melodic death metal group …this side is undeniable on the melodies, the riffs, the breaks and on the guitars melodies sides but on the vocals side, it is rather to the core side that you’ll have to go. The vocals are shouted, brutal, not at all melodic … too monotonous, too shouted to my taste …. Besides the group is nowadays without vocalist… Hopefully that musically a composition work has been done on the melodies and the guitars playing. The tracks are dynamic with groovy riffs and it is too bad that the screaming are too much in the front !!! If you like the style this album could please you or at least make abstraction of the vocals… it will be hard.
