Nightshade is a French group which signs its first album with Rising Records. The style of the group is a death metal with very varied vocals sometimes near grind. The tracks are heavy with guitars playing which are heavy, powerful and sometimes melodic and the soli are well at place and the rhythmic section is powerful and efficient. The fast passages are succeeding to slower passages, giving more impact and aggressiveness to these ones. The vocals, are very varied, often guttural sometimes grindcore, I’m not a great fan of this kind of vocals. The musicians are well at place and control their instruments. It is certainly not the musical genre that I prefer, far from it, but some passages especially at guitars are very well done.
For the fans of the genre.

Line up:
Willy C. (chant) (vocals)
Bastien D. (guitare) (guitars)
Benjamin C. (guitare) (guitars)
Jonathan G. (basse/backing vocals) (bass/backing vocals)
Maxime G. (batterie) (drums)
