Tomorrow’s Eve is a german progressive metal group powerful and melodic which has released “Tales From Serpentia”. Martin LeMar has a melodic, powerful, and relatively varied voice. The tracks alternate between powerful passages and others more delicate and more airy. Globally the compositions are varied and dark, with a rather dramatic tendency. The tracks are good compromise between the instruments, each other has its place and each one is well present. The musicians have an undeniable technique and the tracks are melodic and the structures worked but very accessible. Some passages made me think to Vanden Plas or Evergrey. The longest title “Muse” is nearly 20 minute, epic track, with changing in rhythm and in ambiences.
At the end « Tales Of Serpentia » is a strong and powerful progressive metal album to discover.
