« Deadhache » is following « The Arokalypse » which was excellent. It will be hard for Lordi to do better than that ! The style of the group does not change; it is still good melodic hard rock, with Mr Lordi and his hoarse voice at vocals. This album is not different from what has done Lordi in the previous albums, maybe the guitars riffs which are more assert and the soli which are very good. The guitars are heavy and powerful, the keyboards, very present are making it very 80s. The tracks are most of the time melodic, groovy and lively with irrefutable refrains ! The rhythmic are efficient. Of course some tracks are not real successes, such as this « Deadache »…
We even have a part of the Fantom Of The Opera on “The Devil Hides Behind Her Smile ».
At the end it is a good album in the vein of the previous, that Lordi continues to please us with its music.

Line up :
Mr Lordi (chant) (vocals)
Amen (guitare) (guitars)
Ox (basse) (bass)
Awa (claviers) (keyboards)
Kita (batterie) (drums)
