She Said Destroy is a black/death Norwegian group with hardcore influences which release the album « This City Speaks In Tongues ». It is an album with which you’ll have no time to get bored as it is varied. We find passages that I would call progressive, and some of them have jazzy influences. I find that the vocals are too much put in front, but it is just a personal feeling and as I do not appreciate much this kind of singing … when listening the tracks you can feel that the group has influences which are coming from different horizons, coming from different styles, like these sublime passages at guitars in « We Will Never Learn » or passages which are very extreme. All through the compositions we have unexpected changing in rhythmic.
It is an album which should please extreme metal fans.
