Light From Above

Young, much young … Are the members of the American group Black Tide, it seems between 15 and 20 years old ! What a chance to release so young a first album … the style of the group is a mix of heavy metal, heavy rock, American hard rock. Of course we do not find any exceptional track in this « Light From Above » but you’ll have to recognize that they are rather well done and rather energetic. The musicians know to play their instruments, especially the guitarist who sends us rather well done soli. It is an album which is nice to listen but which is lacking of some maturity … It does still is that the group has a real talent and a certain potential which I think, will be affirm along the compositions … But they’ll have to take some « distance » with the different influences coming from the 80s present in the tracks. A group to follow in the future.

Line Up :
Gabe (chant/guitare) (vocals/guitars)
Austin (guitare) (guitars)
Zakk (basse) (bass)
