Terminal Function has just released its first album “Measuring The Abstract”. The style of the group is a technique and progressive even alternative death metal. The group mixes brutal, dark parts to technique and progressive passages, sometimes it is relatively successful other times not much than that and I’m not catch with it ! The riffs are in general much fast and very technique and the rhythmic are sometimes jerky. The soli are well done technically speaking but rightly aren’t they too much technique ? Vocally speaking, Victor is well at place with a hoarse and bad-tempered voice but maybe not put into value.
If some passages are interested musically speaking, the album is not always catchy and the risk is that the public is not catch by it, now I might be wrong … If you like Messhuggah and other groups of the same style you will certainly appreciate it, the others neatly less.

Line up :
Victor Larsson (chant) (vocals)
Stefan Aronsson (guitare) (guitars)
Mikael Almgren (guitare) (guitars)
David Lindkvist (batterie) (drums)
