Furious, constestating and direct, so is the new album of the L’esprit Du Clan « Chapitre IV : L’Enfer C’est Le Notre ». The group mixes all through the tracks hardcore, thrash metal, technique and melody. The ambiences and the atmospheres of the compositions are relatively dark. The riffs of the guitars are jerky and the rhythmic relatively also jerky. The rhythmic section is efficient. Even if I do not appreciate this kind of vocals, too much screamed and not sufficiently sang for me, it does still is that they are efficient. The compositions have rather well done melodic passages which « lighten » these ones. I have not appreciate more than that this album, no being fan of the genre, now I suppose that the fans of the genre and of the group will appreciate it at its true value.
