Sarke is the new group from Sarke … known to be drummer in groups such as Tulus, Khold, Sensa Anima, Old Man’s Child… but for this album « Vorunah » he has not hesitate to take the role of a guitarist and bass player, the line up is completed with Nocturno Culto from Darkthrone.
We are not in front of young ones !
However « Vorunah », even if it is well conceived, is not exceptional and does not bring anything really new to the style. The tracks are listened and forgotten … It is for me an album among others of the same style. I find the Nocturno Culto vocals too monotonous and without real feeling. Musically the tracks have nothing exceptional and hopefully sometimes the keyboards are there to make the tracks richer like in « Vorunah ». The riffs are saturated at the extreme but stay powerful. There is nothing to say about the rhythmic section which is control by a pro !
For the fans of the members but not indispensable.

Line up :
Nocturno Culto (chant) (vocals)
Sarke (guitare/basse/batterie) (guitars/bass/drums)
