Tombs has released with Relapse Records “Winter Hours”. The style of the group mixes black metal to sludge, doom, stoner with talent and originality. The Tombs black metal is cold, depressive even furious. All through the tracks we have slow, very slow passages, others faster and others in a more ambient style. At the end the mix is varied and relatively dynamic. The vocals are dark, rather screamed even desperate. « Winter Hours » is an album to discover if you like innovative and experimental metal.
For the fans of groups such as Deathspell Omega, Neurosis, Mogwai ….
