After having left Within Temptation in 2001, the drummer Ivar De Graaf has decided to devote himself to his own projects and has founded with Judith Rijnveld Kingfisher Sky. « Hallway Of Dreams » is the first album of the group. The album is a mix of gothic metal with progressive influences with dark atmospheres where are also mixed folk/pop elements. It is a relatively varied and rich album musically speaking as well as in atmospheres. Judith Rijnveld has a superb, pure, powerful, right voice and a wide vocals register. The tracks are melodic with atmospheric passages and other rather heavy ones and contain beautiful instrumental passages. « Hallway Of Dreams » is to listen with a lot of pleasure, at calm at home.
