Here is « Empyre » the fourth album from the Finnish group Burning Point. Burning Point’s style is a melodic power metal with influences coming from the 80s. Pete Ahonen’s vocals are well at place and perfectly go with the style of the group. The tracks are solid with a powerful and solid rhythmic section. The riffs are sharp and always keep a melodic side. The album is varied with fast and powerful tracks, mid tempos ones and a ballad « Was It Me ». « Empyre » is an album to discover if you like melodic power metal.
