Therapy ? has released its new album “Crooked Timber” last year in March. The style of the group is a mix of alternative rock, Indus, pop rock and metal, the whole into the Therapy? Manner.
It is sure that with such a mix you’ll have no time to get bored one second. We begin with a « The Head That Tried to Strangle Itself » at the same time jerked and powerful to continue with « Enjoy The Struggle » where we find a relatively groovy solo and we continue with the pop/punk sound of « Clowns Galore » and so and so, to arrive to « Bad Excuse For daylight » and its rather stoner style. The compositions are linked one another with coherence and different styles, the whole being rather disconcerting … One thing is rather common to all the tracks: the very strong presence of the bass especially in « Exiles »!!! a track can be released of this album « Magic Mountain », long of 10 mn, only instrumental, with a mix of styles all through the composition. At the end Therapy? Gives us a very heteroclite album that you’ll like or not …
