Pure Steel Records

The Italian group The Prowlers has released « Re-Evolution » last year. The style is a mix between heavy/power metal and progressive metal. The songs are heavy, the melodies are heavy as well is the voice of the vocalist of the group Fabio Minchillo.
The first song “Parting Words” is an atmospheric introduction to the album. For the first time you’ll hear a female voice with Martina Pelosi, and that suits pretty well with the style of the group. The group should use female voices more often. The guitars and the keyboards are sharing several soli in several tracks are they are rather well put and done. Pay attention to the end at guitars on “The Profession Part I: Home”. The album is a good compromise between the heavy, fast, powerful songs and even a ballad is present “Do You Fell The Same”. You’ll have an instrumental interlude with “Insomnia” with a kind of “duet” with guitars and keyboards. A good album with a good production. Personally I find this one better than the previous album.
