The group Antonius Rex with its album "Per Viam" has created an esoteric album with dark compositions with beautiful keyboards or piano and guitars layers. The style of Antonius Rex is dark progressive gothic. As I said the compositions are dark and you’ll sometimes find symphonic parts on the songs. The piano melodies are beautiful but you also have some well put guitars soli like on the second song “Per Viam”. You’ll find very little lyrics but at the place you’ll find some vocalises. The songs are relatively long, the shortest one is more than 5 mns and the longest one more than 11 mns.
Doris Norton has endorsed his job as a keyboardist, sound engineer, computer programming and arranger. The guitarist Antonio Bartoccetti composed the tracks and recorded the entire album.
