"Declaration" is the second album from the American group Artic Flame. The style is a mix of melodic and power metal with a strong rhythm section. The compositions are done of aggressive parts, slower parts and complex and easy ones. The guitars give nice and well done soli with a lot of groove like the one in “Hammer Down”. The vocalist is well at place and sings really well and has a rather high pitched voice. I won’t say that this album is bad but it simply does not interest me. There’s nothing exceptional in it, nothing which attracts me but I’m sure there’s a public for this album.
