Bazooka is a thrash metal group coming from Taiwan and the sound is coming right from the 80s. “Toxic Warriors” is their first album. The songs are direct and raw but controlled. The tracks are speed even very speeder ! The guitars are important in the songs because they are giving the directive lines but there aren’t much soli. I don’t like the vocals; I find them too much aggressive and not much varied. The sound is powerful but not always of good quality.
The problem with this album is that the songs are much looking alike one another, it does not varied much from the beginning to the end but it is energetic. The riffs are simple and the rhythmic section efficient and direct. There aren’t remembering melodies in the songs, all is straight in your face. For the fans of this kind of metal...
